With experience in contract management, sales, and customer service, Scott brings a comprehensive understanding of company operations and customer needs. He joined the Management Team in 2016 and assumed the Director role in 2022, leading operational strategies that ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service. In his role, Scott oversees the Customer Service team, manages order processing for durable medical equipment, coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams for timely and cost-effective delivery, and resolves customer concerns. His leadership drives organizational goals forward while maintaining smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Originally from Nebraska, Scott is a passionate football fan, cheering for the Minnesota Vikings and Nebraska Cornhuskers. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and their two sons, as well as playing board games and video games.
